How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to our size guide for general body measurements. Each product page also includes individual fit notes to help guide your sizing, including whether a style runs true to size, small or large.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the size that best corresponds to your largest measurement, or sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do your styles run true to size?

Most of our styles are designed to fit true to size. Where a style differs, this will be noted on the product page under fit notes.

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered at a flat rate depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australia: 2–8 business days

International: 3–7 business days via DHL Express

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

 

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer refunds?

Full-price items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items are eligible for store credit only. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer one complimentary size exchange on Australian orders, subject to availability.

 

Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as at info@anthelia.com.au within 1-2 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Product & Care
How should I care for my garments?

Please refer to the care label on each garment for specific instructions. To extend the life of your pieces, we recommend gentle handling and proper storage.
