RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Anthelia, we are committed to thoughtful consumption and reducing our environmental impact. Returns contribute to additional transport and emissions, so we encourage you to consider your purchase carefully and reach out to our team at info@anthelia.com.au, if you need guidance on sizing or fit.
That said, we understand if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery as outlined in our policy below.
Full-Price Items
Full-price items may be returned for:
- A refund to the original payment method
- An exchange (subject to availability)
- Store credit which is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, tanning products or other marks
Size Exchange
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.
We offer one complimentary size exchange on Australian orders, subject to stock availability.
To arrange an exchange, please contact info@anthelia.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only and are not eligible for a refund.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.
Faulty Items
At Anthelia, we take great care in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@anthelia.com.au.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty or an incorrect item has been received.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Anthelia cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
